The following text contains information on the extent to which your personal data is collected when visiting our site and the purposes for which this data is processed.

2.1.1 Personal data
Our website is hosted by a company called Domainfactory GmbH. This company processes the following information, which is automatically transmitted to the server:
• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL (i.e. the last site you visited)
• host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
• time of the server request
2.1.2 Purposes and legal grounds of data processing
Your personal data is processed by the controller for the following purposes in accordance with the following legal grounds:
• to facilitate use of the website (legitimate interests)
• to ensure proper operation of a data processing system (fulfilment of legal obligations, i.e. security of processing, e.g. to defend against and obtain information on cyber-attacks)
2.1.3 Recipients or categories of recipients
Personal data is only disclosed insofar as is necessary to prevent criminal acts and/or because we are otherwise legally obligated to do so.
2.1.4 Storage period and criteria which may determine the storage period
Personal data is automatically deleted 3 days after termination of the connection.
2.2 Map views
Our website uses Google Maps (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in various places in order to help you to reach our location.
2.2.1 Personal data
When you access this website, personal data is automatically transmitted to the service provider in accordance with Point 2.1.1.
2.2.2 Purposes and legal grounds of data processing
Your personal data is processed by the controller for the following purposes in accordance with the following legal grounds:
• to enable the location of our premises to be displayed (legitimate interests)
2.2.3 Recipients or categories of recipients
Google will transmit the information obtained via Google Maps to third parties where appropriate and insofar as is prescribed by law, or in the event that this data is processed by third parties on behalf of Google. It is not possible to exclude the possibility that Google may associate your IP address with other data held by Google.

It is technically possible that Google could use the data collected to at least identify individual users. We have no influence over whether Google processes our website users’ personal data and personality profiles for other purposes.
2.2.4 Storage period and criteria which may determine the storage criteria
We do not know how long Google stores the aforementioned data.
2.2.5 Transmission to a third country and adoption of an adequacy decision
Personal data is transmitted to a third country. In its adequacy decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 (EU-US Privacy Shield), the European Commission concluded that an adequate level of data privacy exists in the USA. You can consult the corresponding certificate here.
2.2.6 Miscellaneous
If you do not consent to data being transmitted to Google, then you must not visit the “Directions” page on our website, which is connected to Google Maps. There is an easy method by which to deactivate the Google Maps service and thereby prevent the transmission of data to Google: deactivate JavaScript in your browser. We would point out, however, that you will not be able to use the map screens if you do so. You can find further information in the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3 Rights of data subjects
You have a series of rights in relation to your personal data, including: the right of access to the data we hold about you; the right to rectification of this data; the right to restriction of processing; the right to data portability; the right to object to data processing and the right to erasure of your data.
