When you call up the website, your Internet browser automatically sends the following data to our server and saves the data for a limited period of time in a log file:

Our website is operated by the service provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. We have concluded a contract with the service provider for order processing in accordance with Article 28 DSGVO. You can find further information on the service provider's website.

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to prevent or solve criminal offences and/or if we are otherwise legally obliged to do so.

4.1.4 Storage period and, if applicable, criteria for determining the storage period

The personal data is automatically deleted 3 days after the end of the connection.

4.1.5 Necessity provide the data

The collection of data for the provision of our website and the storage of the data in log files is necessary for the operation of the website.

4.2 Contact form

4.2.1 Type and handling of the processing of personal data

Our website enables you to use our contact form. When using the contact form, the following data is transmitted to us:

  • Name and surname, e-mail address (mandatory fields)
  • Telephone number, subject line and message
  • Date and time of the contact request sent

4.2.2 Purposes and legal basis of the processing

The processing of your data serves to satisfactorily answer the contact request and to be able to contact you directly if desired. If the purpose of the contact is to initiate or execute a contract, the data will be processed in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b) DSGVO. In all other cases, your data will be processed for the purpose of establishing contact and answering questions in accordance with a weighing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the efficient and time-independent form of being able to be contacted.

4.2.3 Recipients or categories of recipients
Your data will be transmitted to authorized employees within our company. In addition, we use contract processors, such as IT service providers, who are responsible for the operation, support and maintenance of the IT systems. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisations.

4.2.4 Storage duration
Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. With regard to the personal data from the input mask of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with you has ended, i.e. when it can be concluded from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and there are no additional reasons for further storage. Any additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of one year at the latest.

4.2.5 Miscellaneous
You have the option of objecting to your personal data being processed at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of the contact will be deleted in this case.

  • Article 15 DSGVO (right to information of the respective data subject):
    You have the right to obtain information from us as to whether we are processing your personal data and if so, which data.
  • Article 16 DSGVO (right of rectification):
    You may request the correction of incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information if your personal data is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Article 17 DSGVO (right of deletion):
    Under the preconditions of Article 17 DSGVO, you can request the deletion of your personal data. Your right to deletion depends, among other things, on whether the data relating to you is still required by us to fulfil our statutory duties.
  • Article 18 DSGVO (right to restrict processing):
    Under the conditions laid down in Art. 18 DSGVO, you may request the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you.
  • Article 20 DSGVO (right to data transferability):
    You may request to receive the data provided by you in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to demand that they be transferred to other responsible parties.
  • Article 21 DSGVO (right of objection):
    For reasons arising from your particular situation, you may at any time object to the processing of data concerning you. In particular, you may object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes.
  • Article 7 para. 3 DSGVO (right to withdraw consent):
    You have the right to revoke at any time with future effect any consent you have given to the processing of your personal data. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
  • Article 77 DSGVO (right to appeal to a supervisory authority):
    If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority competent for the location of your residence or your place of work or for the place where the alleged infringement is committed.
